Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sofia for a Customer Support Travel Specialist. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support and guidance on travel-related services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored communication. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

The main responsibilities would include:
- Communication with clients by email, chat, and phone - identifying their needs and finding the best solution;
- Creating inbound tailored travel packages on request;
- Communication with existing partner companies;
- Hotel reservations and partnership establishment;
- Wee off and accompany tourist groups from Sofia for one-day tours;
- Work with contemporary customer service and tourism industry software on a daily basis;
- Flexible working hours (within core business needs).
- Requires occasional shifts on weekends and holidays.

Skills required:
- Advanced level of English (B2); additional languages are a plus
- Good time management and prioritisation skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactiveness and enthusiasm;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Comfort in using all common applications (Internet, email, MS Office, etc.);
- A driver’s license (category B) is an advantage.
- A recommendation from a previous employer is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
