We are growing at a fast pace and we are looking for an experienced Fashion Stock Buyer to join our team in our Sofia based office.

Job Description:
As a Fashion Stock Buyer you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing fashion products. You will work closely with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure that we maintain optimal inventory levels. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high-quality products.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with brands.
• Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their procurement needs.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Black-belt in Excel.
• Being a result-oriented team player, flexible in a dynamic environment.
