For our partner, an international leader in large-scale renewable energy solutions, with an extensive portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects across Europe and other global markets, we are looking for a:


Senior Electrical Design Engineer


What you'll do?

• Lead and develop electrical designs for utility-scale photovoltaic plants, BESS and associated electrical systems, ensuring technically sound and efficient solutions;

• Review and coordinate engineering documentation, working with internal teams and external design partners to maintain high design quality and consistency;

• Provide technical expertise throughout project execution, including construction, commissioning and author’s supervision;

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients and international stakeholders, representing the electrical engineering discipline in technical discussions;

• Contribute to technical proposals, cost estimates and design improvements while helping establish and maintain engineering standards across projects.

What you bring?

• 3+ years of experience in electrical design, preferably within utility-scale photovoltaic or renewable energy projects - over 100 MW;

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or a related technical discipline;

• Strong AutoCAD skills and good knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards and regulations; experience with other design software is a plus;

• Ability to analyze technical documentation, solve complex engineering challenges and independently take ownership of design decisions;

• Good command of English and strong communication skills; German is considered an advantage.
