Currently the company has a central office in Sofia and regional offices in Plovdiv, Sliven and Ruse. Mava Industrial SA is an exclusive representative of KAESER Kompressoren for the Bulgarian market.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position of Customer Care & Sales Support consists of managing and processing all customer request across a number of communication channels and supporting the sales team on processing orders and deliveries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Informs the clients about the solutions we offer, prices, delivery conditions;
• Handles the incoming inquiries. Will consult the clients and will try to close the deal- initiate order, organize the delivery and follow up the deal till it’s closed.
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Take and process orders whether the sale will take place in the office or organize the delivery to the customer.
• Input orders in the system, regardless the origin of the order, collect them from salesmen, sales dpts or branches.
• Organize and plan deliveries for branches and customers, either with our own vehicles or outsourcing services.
• Keep back-orders and plan orders to suppliers to be approved by the management.
• Controls the stocks and availability of products and reports the needs to the purchasing dpt.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Able to make effective presentations or demonstrations in time constrained situations.
• Able to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment.
• Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma; BA will be a plus.
• Written and spoken English – at least intermediate level is a must.
• Relevant experience in sales or other sales/customer service role
