Information on submitting notices and objections/complaints regarding DSA by individuals/users
Here you can submit a Notice under the Digital Services Act (DSA) if you believe that illegal content or content that does not comply with Terms of Use is present on the site.
On this page, you can learn more about the procedure for submitting a Notice under the DSA and download the form in which you need to specify the reasons why you believe the content of the job ad violates the Terms of Use or applicable legislation.
Please ensure that the specified reasons can be directly and solely determined from the content of the job ad on the site, as well as that they indeed contradict specific provisions of the General Terms or applicable legislation.
We cannot undertake content removal under the DSA based on claims regarding events that occurred outside the site, such as conversations held, etc. For any other cases outside the scope described, use the first option.
If you believe that illegal content or content that does not comply with the Terms of Use of the site is present, you can email us at: [email protected], filling in the following Notice, in which you explain the reasons why you believe the Content is illegal or does not comply with the Terms of Use of the site, where this Content can be found (URL), your contact details, and a statement confirming your allegations are accurate. In case of abuse and frequent submission of notices from you that are clearly unfounded, JOBS.BG reserves the right to stop processing notices from you.
If you disagree with the decision regarding your submitted notice, in accordance with our complaint handling procedures, you can send us an email electronically and free of charge at: [email protected], by filling in the following Objection from individuals/users.
The internal complaint handling procedure applies to decisions related to notices submitted by you.
An objection can be submitted within 6 months from the date you were notified of the decision. Your objection will be reviewed promptly, without discrimination, in good faith, and impartially by suitably qualified personnel, and you will be informed of the decision made.
Additionally, you have the option to contact an out-of-court dispute resolution body listed on the European Commission's website and certified by a national digital services coordinator according to Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the Digital Services Act and amending Directive 2000/31/EC. JOBS.BG will cooperate with the out-of-court dispute resolution bodies to resolve the dispute, but please note that according to the legislation, the decisions of these bodies are not binding on the parties. Additionally, you have the option to appeal to the competent Bulgarian court.

Information on submitting objections/complaints related to DSA by legal entities / publishers of public content
Here you can submit an objection/complaint regarding a decision made about content you have published. Please ensure before doing so that all the terms of use of the site and the provisions of applicable legislation have been strictly followed for the content you posted.
The complaint handling procedure is applicable to the following decisions made on the basis that the information provided by the service recipients constitutes illegal content or does not comply with Terms of Use of the site www.jobs.bg:
An objection can be submitted within 6 months from the date you were notified of the decision. Your objection will be reviewed promptly, without discrimination, in good faith, and impartially by suitably qualified personnel, and you will be informed of the decision made.
