DISPATCHER / DISPONENT – INTERNATIONAL ROAD TRANSPORT - with TURKISH LANGUAGE

Schavemaker Logistics and Transport located in Beverwijk (NL), Breda (NL), Bochum (DE), Wrocław (PL), Trnava (SK) and Sofia (BG) is a major logistics and transportation company with more than 59 years of experience. To sustain our growth in the office in Sofia (Schavemaker Bulgaria EOOD) , we are looking for:

Dispatcher / Disponent – International Road Transport ( Regular Daily shifts and possible work off duty hours ) for work with the drivers from Turkey.

Main Responsibilities:
• - Instructing and controlling schedule for a group of drivers.
• - Following strictly all drivers / trucks schedule and planning tasks.
• - Be disciplined, a leader and an example for the drivers.
• - Close communication and day-to-day exchange of feedback, ideas and information with colleagues from other offices ( NL, DE, PL, SK ).
• - Dealing and planning daily issues (load/offload, services and etc.). Help and support all sides of the transportation process, from drivers through planning to customers.
• - Generate ideas and suggest possible new approaches to existing way of work, focusing on efficiency and results.

Profile:
• - Experience on similar position is big advantage.
• - English on a very good level.
• - Second Western European language is an advantage.
• - Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
• - Problem solving and result oriented personality.
• - Proactive person.
• - Hard worker, positive attitude.
• - Availability for working under pressure.
